GRATIN DE MACARONIS À LA LYONNAISE

Ingrédients pour 4 personnes
200 g. de macaronis
1 cuillère à soupe de moutarde
20 cl. de lait
20 cl. de crème
sel
poivre
50 g. de gruyère rapé
Préparation
Faire cuire les macaronis à grande eau.
Lorsqu'ils sont al dente, les refroidir pour arrêter la cuisson.
Préparer un appareil avec la moutarde, le lait, la crème, le sel et le poivre.
Mélanger l'appareil avec les pâtes et verser le tout dans un plat à gratin.
Saupoudrer de gruyère et faire gratiner à four chaud pendant 15 mn.
Astuce de chef : servir en accompagnement mais aussi en plat principal mélangé avec des dés de jambon cuit.
